Twitter went to DNC to open #TwitterDistrict. #TwitterDistrict was a hospitality lounge for advertisers, political consultants, journalists, politicians and convention-goers to come check their email on the free wifi, enjoy coffee and snacks, and relax. It was also a space that allows us to host meetings, and provide an escape from the fast-paced convention environment.
As the TwitterHQ at the conventions it will also act as a command center where you can see the latest that's happening on Twitter, Periscope, and Vine; conversations, trends, and data spikes that are happening in Philadelphia during the DNC.
